Don’t leave any garbage; respect the maximum number of tourists allowed per beach; don’t use jet skis or mopeds; don’t walk on the beach at night; don’t go to restaurants, bars, or hotels that have lights on the beach. Encourage other tourists to act similarly. - Have an environmentally friendly attitude. Because waste, pollution and global warming directly affect the survival of sea turtles, it is crucial to pay attention to your every day actions. By thinking and acting “green,” you can personally contribute to a better global environment and become a model for others. Here are some tips: try to recycle aluminium cans, paper and glass, save water, fossil energy and heating, use public transports, travel green, consume local, biological and environmentally friendly packaged products, preserve the local biodiversity, vote for “green” political parties.
