Troubleshooting

If the pdf files fail to load or a "I/O error" or "file is corrupt" error message appears please follow these steps:

  • Delete temporary Internet files. If you use Internet Explorer, select "Tools > Internet Options" from the menu, then click "Delete Files" in the "General" tab.
  • Open Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and select "Edit > Preferences" from the menu. Select the "Internet" Category and turn off "Allow Fast Web View" and "Allow Background Downloading".

If you continue to experience problems viewing the pdf files you can download them by right clicking the following links and selecting "Save target As..."
