The Center for Biological Diversification is fighting Trump and takes him to the courts for climate change, wild life and public health. So far the Center has filled 183 suits against Trump.
One of them concerned Trump’s administration failure to protect Green Turtle Habitats !
The National Marine Fisheries Service and Fish and Wildlife Service found that growing climate change and sea-level-rise threats mean the turtles still need Endangered Species Act protection. Despite those threats, particularly to low-lying nesting beaches , the agencies failed to protect the turtle’s critical habitat under the Act.
