Return due to exercise of the Right of Withdrawal (according to Article 3E of Law 2251/94 as applicable).

If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is intended for personal use only, then you have the right to withdraw your order without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of its delivery to you, by returning the product to us. For returns please email [email protected].

The right of withdrawal applies if:

– the product is in its original condition, with all the accessories and forms that accompany it.

– your relevant statement is made before the 14th day has passed since it was delivered to you.

Shipping costs: the return is made at your own expense and cost within 14 calendar days from the day of your relevant Notice of Withdrawal (either you return it to the point we indicate, or you send it with a carrier).

Check & Refund: If the product is received by us within the said period, and after it has been checked and found to be in good condition as above, we will refund you in full the price you have paid for the specific purchase, in the same way that you had paid it off, no later than 14 days from the day your Notice of Withdrawal is sent.

Terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal: You can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving your order, so that it is considered timely and no additional justification is needed from you.

A condition for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal is for the product to be in its original condition, its packaging to be original, in excellent condition, not damaged or incomplete or with obvious signs of wear and to include all accessories, any gifts, accompaniments products and materials that were delivered with it.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of Withdrawal does not apply to the cases that are excluded by the current legislation and jurisprudence, such as e.g. products that have been manufactured for you to your specifications and/or are clearly personalized, products that by their nature are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items, products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if they have been unsealed.

Return due to the delivery of the wrong product: In the event that the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within ten (10) working days of its delivery to you, free of charge with the partner courier company that we will indicate. The return of the product, in this case, can only be done if the product is in its original condition and with full original undamaged packaging.

Shipping costs: The return for the specific cases of the immediately preceding paragraph is made at our expense with the basic condition that you have contacted us first, so that we can then send you the correct product.

Refund: FOR THE REFUND OF THE PRICE in the context of product return: In the event that in the context of the above, we will make a payment to you of the original price, it is clarified that:

– If the payment was made by you using a Credit or Debit card, our Association is obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will proceed in accordance with the conditions provided by the contract signed between the customer (you) and his Bank. The Association, after this information, bears no responsibility for the implementation of the terms of the aforementioned contract between the client and the Bank, as well as for the time and method of execution of the offsetting of the transaction in question.

– In the event that the payment of the price has been made by cash or bank transfer or cash on delivery, in order to be refunded the amount in question, you will indicate on your part a bank account (by sending proof that you are the beneficiary thereof) into which the deposit will be made refund of the product price.

Return due to claim of defect: In the event that you wish to return a product you purchased because you believe it has a defect, please let us know, either by email at [email protected] or by phone at +30 2103640389

in order to communicate your case and receive all necessary directions and information.

If a product is declared defective by you, our Association expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product as defective.

Caution

– In particular, in cases of damage during the transport of the product to be delivered to you, please take into account the provisions in the relevant paragraph “ACTIONS UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER” in the “Methods of Payment” section which you can see here.

Shipping costs: shipping for the return of the products is at your own expense and expense unless otherwise specified.
